What to do, in order

  1. Apply for eligibility (first-time candidates) before the eligibility deadline. Approval is permanent once granted.
  2. Submit an expression of interest for the sitting you want. Required for every sitting, including repeat attempts.
  3. Book in the booking window. Centres fill on a first-come, first-served basis, so book on day one if you have a preferred city.
  4. Plan backwards. Three to six months of preparation is typical; our three-month plan starts the week booking closes.

Step-by-step screenshots of each form are in the application and booking guide.
